Follies Beneficiaries Reach Beyond
Greenville to Help Hunt County

Since 1987, the Greenville Follies organization and its hundreds of volunteers, underwriters, angels, advertisers, and audience members have raised $586,720 for a variety of wonderful projects in our community.

We helped build the Walworth Harrison Public Library, the Women In Need Shelter, the Boys and Girls Club of Northeast Texas, the Audie Murphy/American Cotton Museum and the curbscapes in Downtown Greenville.

We also purchased thousands of dollars worth of equipment for the computer certification lab at GISD's New Horizons Learning Center, the Municipal Auditorium, and the Ja-Lu Municipal Park, helped Habitat for Humanity, the Greenville Animal Shelter, YMCA, and FISH.

The 2011 show raised $50,411 for construction of the Greenville Master Gardeners' Outdoor Learning Center.

In 2013 the funds were used to build an outdoor learning center at the Reecy Davis Recreation Center.

This year Community Seeds will be the recipient.
